Istria is a touristic region and the availability of accomodations is nearly endless. As the meeting is not in the touristic main season, rates are still low so we recommend to book soon.

For students we offer a limited amount of free lodging in the spartan dormitory of the Science and Education Center (ZECV). For details and how to apply, please scroll down.

Appartments

The most convenient lodging is probably in one of the various private appartments that are for rent. They are directly in the town or in the surrounding villages. Some of the existing private accommodations are listed on this webpage of the tourist office of Višnjan.

Hotels

There are numerous hotels in Poreč. This is a good choice for participants who plan to stay a few days longer and explore the coastal part of Istria, especially if travelling with family.

Free accommodation for students

Student participants can apply for a free accommodation in the dormitory of ZECV. These places are very limited so please do so as soon as possible. Send your request to the following address: click here ()

Shuttle service Poreč <--> Višnjan

As soon as we hear from you in which hotel or appartment you will stay, we will organize a shuttle service between Višnjan, Poreč and the surrounding villages. Probably each day in the morning and the late evening.
