The session room will be equipped with a Windows computer attached to a video projector capable of 1024x768 resolution. Overhead projector, Laser pointers, microphones, and timers will also be provided. In order to avoid delays between presentations, those wishing to use the computer projection system are strongly encouraged to prepare their presentations as a MS Powerpoint file and use the presentation computer available in the conference room. Supported media are CD-ROMs and PC-formatted 3.5" diskettes. However, presenters wishing to use another operating system and/or presentation software can attach their own laptop computers to the projector system by using a standard VGA cable hookup. In this case, presenters are strongly urged to plan on learning how their computer interacts with the projection system once they arrive at the meeting.

Poster dimensions should  be 120 x 90 cm. They will be on display for the whole duration of the conference; poster sessions have been scheduled at the end of each day.
